Dr. Michael Agnini

Dr. Michael Agnini graduated from the University of Maryland, Baltimore College of Dental Surgery in 1972. He received his undergraduate Bachelor of Arts degree from Florida State University in 1967 and also completed one year of graduate training in Biology. Dr. Mike served in the United States Air Force, Dental Corps, for two years, completing a rotating specialty dental training. He served as a dental examiner for the Florida State Board of Dentistry from 1980-1983.

Dr. Mike is a member of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, Polk County Dental Association, West Coast Dental Association, the International Association for Orthodontics (Diplomate), the International Association of Dental Facial Esthetics (Fellow), the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, and the American Academy of Craniofacial Pain.

Dr. Mike has completed over 1300 hours of continuing education in orthodontics, the treatment of TMJ, and sleep disorders. He is a Senior Certified Instructor with the International Association for Orthodontics and has taught orthodontics internationally. He also authored an article in the IAO journal in 2007.

Dr. Mike and his wife, Donna, are devoted to treating people in third world nations. They have been involved in dental mission trips to Russia, Africa, South America, and Southeast Asia.

When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Mike can be found boating, playing golf with his two sons, or cheering on his Alma Mater, the Florida State Seminoles.
