Dr. Drew, a proud Florida native from Lakeland, embodies dedication and passion in his profession. He graduated from Lake Gibson High School in 1994 and earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Florida Southern College in 1999. Taking a gap year, he made a meaningful impact by teaching 8th-grade math at his alma mater, Lake Gibson Middle. He then graduated from the University of Maryland, Baltimore College of Dental Surgery in 2003, choosing to stay in Baltimore to undertake a transformative one-year General Practice Residency at the VA Hospital, where he developed expertise in caring for medically compromised patients and honed his skills in oral surgery and dental implant placement under the guidance of specialists.

A committed member of numerous dental organizations, Dr. Drew has dedicated four years to the Polk County Dental Association Board, culminating in his presidency in 2014. His leadership extended to being a delegate for the West Coast Dental Association and serving as President of the Florida Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry in 2020 and 2022. His pursuit of excellence is evident through his completion of the prestigious Spear Education advanced dental curriculum in Scottsdale, AZ, where he now contributes as a visiting faculty member, helping guide workshops for dentists around the globe.

Dr. Drew's expertise in IV conscious sedation, completed through the UAB program in 2006, has led him to perform over 2,000 cases across 19 years, working with patients to overcome their dental anxiety. For 16 years, he and Agnini Dental have proudly served as the team dentist for the Detroit Tigers during Spring Training and are the full-time dentists for the Lakeland Flying Tigers.

Outside of his professional achievements, Dr. Drew and his wife, Brooke, cherish the joys of surfing and fishing under the warm Florida sun. On long weekends, they often surf the waves of Costa Rica or fish the Gulf Coast for Snook and Redfish, creating lasting memories with their two little ones, River and Reef. Their family's adventures reflect a life filled with passion, joy, and the spirit of togetherness.
