Having just moved to Lakeland,  FL. recently  (and was looking for a new dentist) I was advised by my sister to try Agnini Family Dental Center……
She was right on the money!  This is an up scaled–top notch dental facility that you would not believe.   Starting with the staff, who are so courteous, and right through to the procedures, there is an air of confidence from beginning to end. Dr Matt is an excellent dentist and it is a pleasure to be one of his patients. He is working on several crowns for me and it has been painless.   From the waiting room, with its walled glass fountain, to the dental offices looking outdoors at waterfalls, tropical foliages & plants, you are put at ease.

I never thought I’d be so anxious for a return visit……..!  Lakeland is very fortunate to boast of such an establishment!

After having spent a number of years without proper dental care, Dr. Matt and his staff recommended that I have a “deep cleaning” procedure. Although somewhat skeptical, I set the appointment with Julie at the Agnini South office. Julie explained the procedure, what I could expect during and after the cleaning, and talked with me afterwards about how to take care of my gums at home. Within days my gums felt completely renewed, and the soreness and discomfort I had prior was gone. I highly recommend Agnini dental, and recommend an appointment with Julie if you need a cleaning!

Being a person with high anxiety when the word “dentist” is even mentioned much less walking into a dentist’s office, I am very glad that Agnini Dental offers nitrous-oxide (laughing gas). I use laughing gas for every procedure and Dr. Matt Agnini (my dentist) administers just the right blend of nitrous with the oxygen so that I am comfortable and feel no pain from any injections or procedures. The nitrous-oxide allows me to relax and makes even lengthy procedures seem just minutes long. After the procedure has been completed and the nitrous is turned off, I’m am back to my normal state of consciousness within 10 minutes. I highly recommend the use of laughing gas to my friends who also have dental anxieties. I won’t ever do another procedure without it.

You have to love technology!! You can’t get away from it whether it’s programming your DVD recorder, sending an e-mail or taking vacation pictures with you digital camera. It’s here to stay. However, I never dreamed it would take over a dentist’s office. Now when I sit in the chair & get x-rays taken I can see them immediately- and not by holding them up to the light! I see everything that has been done or will be done to my teeth on a monitor screen in front of me. Cracks can be pointed out in detail & after the work is done I see the instant results. I, for one, am very impressed by that. This use of this technology is complemented by the highly trained staff at the Agnini Dental Center. They take the time to tell you step by step what is happening and what you can expect. They’re also very knowledgeable in dealing with dental insurance and scheduling. I can’t thank them enough for their flexibility in rescheduling appointments. If you’ve ever been nervous about visiting a dentist you will be put at ease immediately when you go to the Agnini family Dental Center. If this dental office were compared to  theme park the Agnini practice would be Disney World.
